Aerodynamic Distance
In this challenge we didn't have much time. We were given 2 minutes to brainstorm and 5 Minutes to test and construct. We had to make an aerodynamic object that could fly across the room as far as possible with the materials given. One of our group members had sketches of this design ready ahead of time. We chose to use his design, and the group ran into some problems so we had to make some innovations. The 1st place group just used a paper ball, then we came in first with a paper airplane that used a rubber band to propel it through the air. In this project I learned how to be able to make changes to the design last minute, work together as a team, and design a product in very little time.
